H. Thomas Parsons is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State, Federal and Appeals courts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
Tom was born in Harlan, Kentucky on September 6, 1941. He attended Stetson University, where he received a BA degree in 1963. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1966 from the University of Tennessee. Phi Delta Phi.

Walter was born in Bedford County, Tennessee on February 12, 1951. He was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1984. Walter received his BS degree in 1973 from Middle Tennessee State University. He received his JD degree in 1984 from the University of Tennessee.
